Seasonal Retail Associate
Morganton Point Campground & Recreation Area, Morganton, GA
FIND has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Retail Associate. This role will focus on providing exceptional experiences through customer service while processing sales transactions and must have the requisite skills to function in this position. This position will be held to a high standard for customer service, employee and community relations and will be an ambassador to FIND.

FIND is a 50+-year-old nonprofit located in Pisgah Forest, NC who provides all people with educational, recreational and interpretive opportunities about natural resources and cultural history, and the Cradle of Forestry in America. FIND Outdoors serves over 1 million visitors each year with over 275 educational and recreational programs, special events, and tours, and manages 15 recreation, education and camping facilities in North Carolina, and Georgia. In addition, FIND offers our visitors forest-related gifts, educational resources and provides partnership opportunities for the health of our forests and safety of our forest users on public and private lands.
Starting Pay- $12.00/Hour
Seasonal Retail Associate

FIND has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Retail Associate. This role will focus on providing exceptional experiences through customer service while processing sales transactions and must have the requisite skills to function in this position. RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Maintain and adhere to proper procedures as directed by the Seasonal Retail Manager. Offers suggestions to improve retail operations.
- Assists with administrative retail tasks such as monitoring inventory, stickering, folding.
- Assists with preparation of year-end physical inventory count.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Seasonal Retail Manager or Retail Operations Director.
SKILLS
- Ability to effectively use Lightspeed Retail POS System to update counts
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Lift and move boxes, carton, or tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
