Job description
We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to provide excellent customer service at Anna Ruby Falls. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for accurate handling and processing of sales transactions
• Responsible for stocking and display of product
• Responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store
• Assists with visual merchandising of store
• Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and reporting needs to headquarters staff
• Acts as receiving agent for store merchandise shipments: verifies and codes invoices. Alerts headquarters staff of missing/damaged items.
•Assists with preparation of year-end inventory.
• Other tasks as assigned by Site Manager.
• Weekends/Holidays hours required.
